What is Buck Cuffs shipping policy?

​Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Buck Cuffs can be shipped anywhere in the United States and Canada. Shipping within the US is a $5 flat rate. Shipping to Canada is a $7 flat rate. What is Buck Cuffs return policy?

RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email buckcuffs@gmail.com for refund approval. Upon approval, returns will be accepted for a full refund within 14 days of product receipt. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package. DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date and include a photo, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
